Your account
Everyone has the tab Your account: members and the administrator. It also opens when you press your name in the top bar.
Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”Everyone, for their own account. Changing the password works only in the office, on https://myai.local/.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You know your current password.
- You are in the office, on the office network.
Change your password
Section titled “Change your password”- Open the tab Your account, or press your name in the top bar.
- Under Change your password, enter the Current password.
- Enter the New password: at least 12 characters, with upper-case and lower-case letters and a number. It must differ from the current one.
- Enter it again under New password again.
- Press Change password.
What you see afterwards
Section titled “What you see afterwards”“Password changed. Your other signed-in browsers are signed out.” This browser stays signed in.
The top of the page shows your name, your e-mail address and your role.
If something goes wrong

| “The current password is incorrect.” | Enter your current password again. |
| “The two new passwords are not the same.” | Type the new password twice in the same way. |
| “Choose a new password that differs from the current one.” | Choose another password. |
| “Use a password of at least 12 characters.” | Choose a longer password. |
| “On the remote address you sign in with your e-mail code; your password is changed in the office, on the local address.” | You are on the remote address. Change the password in the office. |
| You forgot your password. | Ask your administrator. They give you a one-time password; see Users. |
